Delivery

The expected delivery time is 1-3 working days with GLS and 2-4 working days with DAO - during busy periods, such as up to Christmas, this can mean longer delivery times. We endeavor to deliver the order as quickly as possible.
 
We ship to Denmark (with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands), Sweden and Germany. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering or if you have chosen to send to a parcel shop.
Delivery takes place every weekday, and deliveries can also be made on weekends, depending on whether the shipping company offers it. It is only delivered with GLS or DAO in Denmark. Other countries than Denmark, the shipment will be delivered with GLS.

Shipping prices in Denmark:
- GLS DKK 69 for private, or DKK 49 for package shop.
- DAO DKK 49 for private, or DKK 39 for package shop.

Shipping prices in Sweden and Germany:
- GLS (1-10 kg) DKK 149, or (10-20 kg) DKK 189 for private.
- GLS (1-10 kg) DKK 149 for package shop.

All shipping prices are incl. VAT.

DAO only delivers at night and does not ring your doorbell when they have to deliver your package. Your package will usually be left at your door - this also applies if you live in an apartment with other residents. You can read more at www.dao.as

When you have placed an order on our webshop, you will receive an email with a Tracking & Trace number, where you can track your order online. It can take a whole day before your Tracking & Trace number works.

If you receive a package that is damaged during transport, contact us immediately by email: info@passio.dk

If your parcel is sent to a parcel shop and you do not collect your parcel within the time described in the email or SMS you receive, the parcel will be delivered back, where we will deduct the delivery cost from your receivable.

My package is lost/missing
Passio is not responsible if the wrong address is provided during the purchase process. Please ensure your billing and delivery address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you free of charge.
