How do I avoid damage to my frame when using a dishwasher?
Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for dishwashers. Use a gentle washing-up liquid and choose a gentle washing programme. Do not place fragile or decorative parts directly against hot elements. Avoid overfilling the machine.
How do I dry and store my glasses and plates correctly?
Wipe glasses and plates with a soft cloth to avoid water stains. Store them in a dry and clean place, away from direct sunlight. Use napkins or protective pads to avoid damage during storage.
How do I remove stains from cutlery and crockery?
For steel cutlery: Use a mixture of baking soda and water, or a specialized cutlery cleaner.
For porcelain: Use a paste made of baking soda and water to gently scrub the stains. Rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning.
How do I maintain my bowls and mugs to avoid discoloration?
Avoid using bowls and mugs for strongly colored liquids such as coffee and tea for a long time. Clean them immediately after use to avoid penetration of dyes. Use a mild detergent and a sponge to remove any stains.
How do I store my frame to avoid damage?
Store the frame in a dry and dust-free place. Use foam or paper protectors between the discs to prevent scratching. Avoid stacking the discs too high to reduce the risk of breakage.
Are there special care instructions for frames and dishes made of different materials (eg stoneware, porcelain, glass)?
Stoneware: Wash in warm water with mild soap, avoid sudden temperature changes.
Porcelain: Follow the manufacturer's recommendations, often dishwasher and microwave safe.

When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time of your order depends on which delivery method you have chosen:
GLS private: If you have chosen to have your package delivered to your home address, you can expect your package to be delivered within 1-2 working days.
This delivery method costs DKK 69.
GLS parcel shop: If you want to have your parcel delivered to a parcel shop/close box, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 1-2 days.
This delivery method costs DKK 49.
DAO private: If you have chosen to have your package delivered to your home address, you can expect your package to be delivered within 1-3 working days.
This delivery method costs DKK 49.
DAO parcel shop: If you want to have your parcel delivered to a parcel shop/close box, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 1-3 days.
This delivery method costs DKK 39.
How much does my delivery cost?
Here you can read more about what it costs you to have your package delivered in Denmark. For purchases over DKK 599, shipping will be free if you place your order at a parcel shop.
GLS private: It costs DKK 69 to use this delivery method.

I have not received a tracking number?
There may be various reasons why you have not received a link where you can track your order:
- It can take up to 24 hours from the time you place your order until you receive a link with a tracking number.
- You have entered your contact information incorrectly. It is important that you double check that you have entered your email correctly.
- It may be that your order has not been dispatched from the warehouse yet.

I have received a damaged product.
We apologize if you receive a product that is damaged during shipping. If you have received a product that is damaged, you must write to us immediately so that you can have your damaged product replaced.

If you receive a product that is damaged, we are very sorry. Please contact us immediately, where you will receive an email with instructions on how to advertise your product.

When will I receive a new product as a replacement?
When we have received an email from you regarding a complaint, we will process it as soon as possible. We will endeavor to do so as quickly as possible and you can expect us to send the replaced product immediately. Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days.
Return
How long does the right of return apply?
As a buyer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after you have received your order. In order for you to be entitled to a refund, you must be able to present a receipt or invoice
Can you exchange your goods?
It is basically not possible to exchange your goods. You can only refund your purchase where you want to receive your money back.
How does the return take place?
If you wish to return your purchase, you must write an email to us at: info@passio.dk , where you clearly state that you wish to make use of the right of return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how to send your package. It is a requirement that you can present a receipt or invoice before we can start the return process.
Once we have accepted your return request, your return amount will be refunded using the same means of payment as you paid for the goods. As a starting point, the money is deposited into your account within 5 banking days, but in other cases it may take longer depending on your bank. Once we have set the money for transfer, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
How long does it take for the money to be in my account?
You will receive an email from us when your return has been processed and approved. The money will be transferred to the same account with which you paid for your purchase. It usually takes 5 banking days before the money is refunded to your account.

Payment
What payment options do you have?
You can pay through our webshop with VISA card, Mastercard, Maestro, Mobilepay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When will you withdraw my money from my account?
When you shop on our webshop, the money is booked into your account immediately. Your account will only be deducted when we have dispatched your order from the warehouse.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
When you shop online at our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation with an invoice, including VAT appears on the goods you have purchased.
Order
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has been dispatched from the warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping company, it is not possible to cancel your order. You also have the option of returning your purchase once you have received your package.
It is possible to cancel your order if your package has not been dispatched from the warehouse. You are always welcome to contact us to hear more about the status of your order by email: info@passio.dk
Can I add more products to an order that has already been placed?
If you have previously made a purchase and wish to add new products to your old purchase, this is possible. This is valid as long as your first order has not been dispatched from the warehouse, otherwise it will cost standard shipping.

Gift card
How long is your gift card valid for?
Our gift card has a validity period of 3 years from the day you receive the gift card. When the gift card is no longer valid, you can have the money paid out up to 1 year after the expiry date on the gift card.
Can I get money back on my gift card if I have refunded my purchase?
When you choose to return your package purchased through our online webshop with your gift card, the amount will be paid back to your gift card, from which you will receive a confirmation email about this.
