1. Payment
Passio accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mobilepay and Klarna. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched, without card fees. All amounts are in Danish kroner and incl. VAT
If a price that clearly appears to be an error and you could reasonably have been expected to discover the error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the stated error price. In the event of delays, backorders or if an item is out of stock, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible of the situation and offer possible solutions, such as refunding the purchase price or helping to find an equivalent product.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
2. Delivery
The normal delivery time is 1-3 days in Denmark with GLS and 2-4 days with DAO (there may be an extended delivery time in busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and other periods)
Packages delivered in Denmark are sent with GLS or DAO. Packages to other countries (apart from Denmark) are delivered with GLS. Passio delivers to Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
Shipping prices in Denmark:
- GLS DKK 69 for private use, or DKK 49. for package shop.
- DAO DKK 49 for private use, or DKK 39. for package shop.
DAO only delivers at night and does not ring your doorbell when delivering your package.
Your package will therefore be left on your front door (this also applies if you live in an apartment).
For purchases over DKK 599. Shipping is free on both GLS and DAO when ordering from the parcel shop.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.
ATTENTION If there is no space at the drop-off point, the package will be moved to the nearest drop-off point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, contact the freight company's customer service.
3. Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can, with a justified complaint, have the item repaired, exchanged, get a discount on the price or the money returned, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.
The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
It should be noted that if you are not entitled to a complaint, it may incur costs for you. For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, please write to us through our email: info@passio.dk
As soon as we have received your complaint, we will process it immediately. You will receive a return label from us as soon as the case has been processed.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging - and you are responsible for the shipment of the item, where we do not accept that the item is damaged during shipping.

4. Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day right of cancellation on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Takes physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for several different products, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
- Gets physical possession of the last lot or last part when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 days after receiving the item, and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after you have given notice. The notice must be given by email at: info@passio.dk , using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to send the item back to us, please fill out a return slip. You will receive a return slip by mail after Passio has accepted the conditions that give the "customer" the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods which have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return, and in certain cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, incl. delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

5. Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you, and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy for Passio. 6. Possibilities of appeal
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@passio.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110. and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can register your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
