1. Payment
Passio accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mobilepay and Klarna. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped, without card fees. All amounts are in Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

If a price is clearly an error and you could reasonably have been expected to notice the error, we are not obliged to deliver the product at the stated incorrect price. In the event of delays, backorders or if an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible of the situation and offer possible solutions, such as a refund of the purchase price or assistance in finding a similar product.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

2. Delivery
The normal delivery time is 1-3 days in Denmark with GLS and 2-4 days with DAO (delivery time may be extended during busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and other periods)

Packages delivered in Denmark are sent with GLS or DAO. Packages to other countries (besides Denmark) are delivered with GLS. Passio delivers to Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
Shipping prices in Denmark:
- GLS 69 DKK for private individuals, or 49 DKK for parcel shops.
- DAO 49 DKK for private individuals, or 39 DKK for parcel shops.

DAO only delivers at night and does not ring your doorbell when delivering your package.
Your package will therefore be placed on your front door (this also applies if you live in an apartment).

For purchases over DKK 599, shipping is free on both GLS and DAO when ordering from a parcel shop.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact the shipping company's customer service.

3. Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. With a justified warranty, you can have the product repaired, exchanged, receive a price reduction or your money back, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must file a warranty claim within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

As soon as we have received your complaint, we will process it immediately. You will receive a return label from us as soon as the matter has been processed.

Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging - and you are responsible for shipping the item, as we do not accept that the item is damaged during shipping.

4. Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after you have given notice. The notice must be given by email at: info@passio.dk , using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without also giving us notice.

In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out a return form. You will receive a return form by email after Passio has accepted the terms and conditions that give the "customer" the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clearly personal touch.

Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged and you are liable for any damage that occurs during transport. We do not accept parcels sent by COD.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a loss of value of the item.

Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

5. Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our personal data policy for Passio. 6. Complaints options
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@passio.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

In order to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
